Marcus, the founder of the Filardi Group, holds dual citizenship, Brazilian and American. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, an MBA in Corporate Finance & Accounting, a Master's in International Business Development & Supply Chain Management, as well as a certification in AI for Business Applications from Stanford University. He is a Registered Real Estate Broker and a Registered Financial Representative. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. He has resided in the United States since 2008 and has been active in the Financial Advisory and Real Estate markets since 2013.
Juliana, a partner at Filardi Group, is an attorney practicing in various branches of law, including Business, Civil, and Labor Law. She holds specializations in Procedural Law and Labor Procedure, as well as certifications in HR Management from HRCI US and Leadership from Yale University. Furthermore, she is a member of the Commission on Procedural Efficiency of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Bahia Section, and an author with numerous technical articles published in legal volumes. She is proficient in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Based in the United States since 2022, she provides legal assistance to Brazilians residing abroad.
